Our Return & Exchange Process
1Initiate Your Return Request

2Wait for Authorization
Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number within 1-2 business days. Please do not send items back without this authorization.
3Package Your Items
Securely package the items in their original condition with all tags attached. Include your original packing slip or order confirmation.
4Ship Your Return

Refund Information
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the quality and hygiene of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Clearance Items: All products from Boys’ Clearance and Girls’ Clearance sections
- Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” in our Clearance category
- Worn or Washed Items: Any items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage not present at delivery
- Items without Original Tags: Products returned without original tags and packaging
- Personalized/Custom Items: Any customized or altered products
International Returns
As we serve customers globally (excluding some parts of Asia and remote areas), please note:
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties
